This is all possible now with the Character DNA Blender addon, which is a full integration of Epic's DNA file format and the RigLogic real-time evaluation system in Blender.

This video walks you through one of MetaHuman Animator's latest features: Audio Driven Animation. With just a single audio clip you can make high fidelity facial animations and import them into Blender!
